Can I increase the duration or frequency of visits?

Yes. Should you feel that you would benefit from additional or longer visits, please speak to your Helper in the first instance to see if he/she has capacity to add extra visits or extend them. If not, get in touch and we will see if we can find an additional or alternative Helper who has the required availability.
