How can I pay for my visits?
Our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit. This is the safest and easiest method for you, too. 90% of our customers set up a Direct Debit through their Customer Portal or by post using the form in the Welcome Pack. Paying by Direct Debit is safe, and you can easily cancel the Direct Debit by contacting your bank at any time. The Direct Debit will not be for a set amount and will allow for varying amounts to be paid each month.
You can also pay by debit/credit card, but only if you have an email address and access to a computer. This is due to recent changes in regulation regarding remote payments. Your card details will be securely stored, and payment automatically taken each month, so you don’t need to call us each time you receive a statement.
We do not accept payment by cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
