How do I set up a Direct Debit?

1. ONLINE

You can set it up online by logging in to the Customer Portal (Payments tab).

2. BY POST

Complete the Direct Debit form in this Welcome Pack and return it to us using the reply-paid envelope.

3. BY PHONE

Give us a call on 0808 164 9963 Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and we can set up a Direct Debit in just 10 minutes over the phone. Please note that if your account is in joint names, we are unable to set up a Direct Debit over the phone; you will need to complete the form and return it to us as above.
