How do you select your Helpers?

We accept less than 5% of applicants and all our Helpers go through a stringent screening process which includes:

• Completion of a detailed questionnaire

• An interview with a member of the Good Life Sorted recruitment team

• Background checks

• Character references

Most of our Helpers have not worked in a similar role before applying and they come to us looking for a rewarding role and to make a difference to the lives of local people who need support. However, many have some experience of supporting others, often in a voluntary capacity.
