What if I need to cancel or move a visit?

We all know that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your Helper and rearrange a visit.

It’s completely fine to do this. All you need to do is call your Helper on the number provided on the Welcome Pack folder. Please note if you wish to cancel we do require you to contact your Helper at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit, otherwise you may be charged for the full visit.
