What if my Helper wants to cancel or move a visit?
Our Helpers pride themselves on their reliability but occasionally they may need to reschedule a visit. Where possible, your Helper will discuss this with you in advance, but in an emergency or if they are unwell, either they or a Good Life Sorted team member will call you to let you know the situation.
Please be aware that we can only look to provide cover if we have at least 2 weeks' notice, and we cannot guarantee that someone else will be available to visit you.
