What should I do if I have a problem with my Helper?
The Good Life Sorted Pledge is in place to deal with any disputes that arise between customers and Helpers. We are committed to help resolve any issues relating to the use of our platform and service in a timely and professional manner.
If you have a problem or concern, we request that you try and resolve it directly with your Helper in the first instance. In most cases any confusion is easily sorted by a conversation together and this is the preferred route, as Helpers usually appreciate the chance to resolve any queries directly with you. Please allow your Helper 48 hours to respond to any issue raised.
Should you not be satisfied with the resolution offered by your Helper, please report it to us by visiting goodlifesorted.com/pledge or by calling us on 0808 164 8338.
We will keep you informed of our progress and actions relating to resolving your dispute, but please allow us 5 working days to investigate the situation fully and to come back to you with an update.
