Why should I go with Good Life Sorted and not the Helper directly?
Good Life Sorted Helpers are hand-picked, local people who are passionate about providing practical home help and companionship to residents in their community. Every Helper has been fully vetted through references and an Enhanced DBS check, is fully insured, and has completed all relevant training.
Additionally, Good Life Sorted provides that extra layer of security you need:
• We check your Helper’s insurance is up to date and provides adequate cover
• We constantly ask for feedback from customers, so if your Helper is visiting another customer who is not happy with them for some reason, we can let you know
• We send you monthly statements via email or post and process your payments securely
• If your Helper needs to stop or pause visits, we will try to find another Helper to take over or provide cover for short-term absence
• If you have any issues with your Helper, or any disagreements related to visit charges, we will always help to set things straight through the Good Life Sorted Pledge
Please be aware that if you bypass Good Life Sorted and try to pay our Helper directly, you will not be able to use our service again and the Helper will be in breach of the terms and conditions they agreed with us. Additionally, they may not have the right insurance or training in place, both of which are subject to renewals.
